For the time being until I write my next editioral or rants, I thought I’d show you some of the latest dance collabs I’ve been doing for the past few months since I last posted about dance covers. Hope you can watch them and comment!
I haven’t been writing lately but I have been keeping up with the latest on T-ara and Nichkhun’s car accident. Nichkhun’s accident seems to have been brushed to the side since T-ara crisis has been more in the public’s eye. But it seems more and more people are comparing it to the 2009/10 drama that was 2PM and Jay Park’s scandal.
To be honest they are quite different but at the same time, a bit similar.
Previously last year, I went to SM Town Paris and thought I would never go back for another concert. Seeing that 2PM and UKISS were going to perform at Music Bank urged me to go. Two groups I would never see in Europe.
Are you all enjoying your last days of 2011? We have reached of another year 2011 has been in my opinion, a better year than 2010. However, there weren’t a lot of things to talk about 2011 that were good or bad, only a few.
Got to say in terms of 2010, it’s been a pretty tiresome year. J-Pop has made me realise some things that I never knew before – in a negative way. K-Pop has just upset me so much despite comebacks of my favourites and news that depressed me. It’s not all been so bad but…I had kind of hoped from all the artists that came back (e.g. Queens of J-Pop were present this year, BoA and Se7en who have been seen for years) that they would have a bigger success than usual.

Due to good response on last year’s post, I thought I’d do another. This time, it’s divided into Confirmed and Predictions.
Can’t believe this year will be the my 3rd year (since 2008) watching Gayo Daejun.

Looks like we have reached the end of an eventful year in J-Pop and especially, K-Pop. I would like to say, despite my lack of knowledge of the J-Pop World for 3 years, I can say the world of J-Pop and K-Pop seemed more calmer at the start of the year compared to the drama that later unfolding in the following months. Let’s recap what happened in the year of 2009 of J-Pop and K-Pop, from my standards and choices, of course.
T-ara, M-Net Media’s rooke group is another debuting girl group in the K-Pop world. But even though their debut has been hyped, it seems to have died down and some are disappointed saying they blend in with the other girl groups and nothing is different about them except for their promising vocals. I have to agree with that.
