Yeah, about that…
I only found it a month ago thinking it was a great site to express their thoughts anonymously. But if you look closely, some of these secrets show you how interesting it is to see opinions reflecting on a fan’s mind currently. And because it’s anonymous, it makes you question why a person might expose this secret. kpopsecrets really shows you what international fans think about and what to expect of them. Like for example…
The Haters:
This person needs to get a life. Now I don’t like SNSD but some of these bashers need to get a life. Is it really neccessary to have a secret where you can hate on a person? Just say it out loud, you idiot!
The Bleak and Depressed:
What the hell? I’m very surprised that there are so many emos and depressed people before K-Pop. So many people who have said they have had problems. What surprises me the most is how some of the fans say K-Pop artists have helped them stop them from committing suicide but what happens if the artist quits their career or dies? What then?
The Horny:
Another thing – people are letting out their kinky side. I know Korean artists are guilty pleasures but oh my gosh, quite a lot are so….O.o and a lot of girls and boys underage are letting out their sexual side. I’m not gonna say I wouldn’t go out or “do” (as some underage people) some artists e.g Junsu, Taemin but when I post secrets on kpopsecrets, I think I’ll keep that side onto my own blog, thank you.
The ‘Real’ Secrets:
Seeing secrets like this however, make me curious and I want to know more. Whoever Amber’s friend is, I hope she posts

I’ll still post my own secrets to kpopsecrets but people need to make real secrets like the Amber one. The site is quite underrated not being known to worldwide sites like allkpop but I think it’s better that way. Not being kinky, depressed or bashing. I want to see confessions and secrets that have different views. I would have wrote a long analysis on the site but I’m too lazy but feel free to visit the tumblr blog by clicking the link above! Quite interesting. The kinky one kind of freaked me out a little bit… mainly because it’s wrong. I can’t lie. I’m a fan that would scream to my friends that I would rape this artist… but when it comes to real life, I know it’ll never happen and I don’t really mean it.

I agree. International fans are different in terms of thoughts and harshness after reading Kpopsecrets. And some of the posts added also reflects that they are no different from the raging netizens of korea.

I agree this site is stupid. I’m not 100% sure, but I think people bash their own idols just so they can have people disagree with them. That is what one of my tumblr follower does.
