2010 Live Performances in K-Pop

Have you noticed that the performances of this year have changed? Could it have changed because of last year’s drama when the slave contract guidelines were exposed? Not just from one company, but all of them.

One thing’s for certain, I’m not thoroughly impressed with most of the comebacks and debuts except for miss A, Se7en, BoA and SHINee.

YouTube “Sensations” Beckii Cruel and Magibon

There’s something I hate about YouTube and that’s the people who have been watched for the most stupidest reasons and get over 1 million view for being an idol in Asia and seeming to others that they don’t have much talent.

Two people I dislike at the moment are Magibon and Beckii Cruel who actually have spotlight in Japan. Beckii more because she’s actually trying to dance and do what I do on my YouTube channel.

Now it’s Time for a Change

EDIT: More of you have voted for the middle answer but why? It doesn’t help just voting, I need reasons and suggestions!!

NyNyOnline is just a temporary name I had for the blog but now I think it’s time for a new change.

I want something cute as well so when people see they think “Aw, how cute” but upon reading the articles, there’s a different view.

Any suggestions?

Lady GaGa has ruined K-Pop for me

Digital Bounce Dance Cover is up!

This is the reason why I don’t care much for the artists this year and want to go back to 2007/2008.

Don’t believe me? Look at the comments on YouTube towards this year’s K-Pop artists. Of course it’s not her fault that her videos are out-of-this-world abnormal and full of subliminal messages. But since she reached success with Poker Face and Just Dance, she has been mentioned more and more into other K-Pop artists video.s Not forgetting she was interviewed in Korea.

Total Drama Island

Even though it’s not an anime, it ‘s a pretty cool cartoon show. I watched it when I was in Jamaica back in April in one of the hotels since they had Cartoon Network and it’s a pretty good show.

Total Drama Island (sometimes shortened to TDI) is a Canadian animated television series. The series is a reality show parody where twenty-two teens settle at Camp Wawanakwa, a fictional island located in an unspecified area in Muskoka, Ontario. The plot is somewhat like Survivor and Endurance, with social and living environments similar to The Real World. At times, the show also spoofs elements of Fear Factor and Iron Chef.

Morning Musume VS. AKB48

Due to the sudden triple graduation of Eri, Lin Lin and Jun Jun, my liking of Morning Musume is shaken as much as Jin from Sora to Kujira is. Truly, for him his three favourites are leaving; in my case it’s my #2 and #3 favourites.

But anyways, I posted an entry on their graduation [link]already; this post is about who people prefer more; Morning Musume or AKB48. With Morning Musume’s reputation as the head group of Hello!Project failing to keep their popularity up, AKB48 is rising in the charts with fan service PV’s like Heavy Rotation and wearing schoolgirl uniforms for an eternity (Ok, maybe since debut then).

I’m going to look at the comparison and show you why Japan prefers AKB48 being their top girl group in Japan at the moment over Morning Musume.

It’s weird because I remember in 2008; I read an article saying Morning Musume is Japan’s Best Selling Group so I also assumed their popularity was still on the rise. But now that I think about it, when I went to Japan last year, places like Akihabara and Fukuoka where I went to buy merchandise had more AKB48 posters and CD on display. I don’t remember seeing any Morning Musume albums anywhere to be honest really.

So I came up with a few things in comparison between Morning Musume and AKB48:

Eri, JunJun and LinLin, why??

Despite what I said about AKB48, I may have to reconsider. But I’m struggling with my faith in Morning Musume. Taking out #2 and #3 favourites in Morning Musume (Eri and JunJun) and the lovely LinLin too. But there is good news; finally there will be a 9th generation but they should have thought of that last year: 2009 – 9th generation, 2010 – 10th generation. Hopefully this member will outshine Reina or have a better voice than Aika who I had high hopes for.

In all honesty, why didn’t Aika and Sayumi leave instead?
