Seriously, WTF?
I just watched the Heavy Rotation PV and it just put me off even considering to investigate what AKB48 songs are like. It’s a dirty video clear to the naked eye. Dressed in lingerie (how old are most of these girls?), cat outfits and feeding each other food. It’s every horny boys dream but what it’s really doing, is downgrading the girls as sex objects. Terrible. ¬_¬
I totally agree with you. I just watched the video today because I’m a fan and I know they post it closer to the release day. (Took a while too.) I had the same reaction. WTF! It’s sad that the PV has them doing some degrading things. I know sex sells, but I though they were popular enough that they wouldn’t come to display the girls as sex objects. (Though I know in the past their has been controversy.) I wonder since they pulled it from online will they record a new video? I’m like the song in general, but the PV is WTF!?, and makes me sad for the girls in the AKB48. Terrible, I agree.

It’s definitely an ecchi video LOL. I wasn’t that shocked though, they were probably in bikinis more times than I can count with one hand and technically they’re clothed a little wee bit more than they were in bikinis.
I read a commenter somewhere who said that the girls shown in lingerie are at least about 19. Not that it makes the PV any better, but at least they’re university-student age..
If you dislike these sort of fanservice, stay far far away from AKB48. I’ve only seen 2 of their PVs subtitled, and some of the lyrics are enough to make my jaw drop all the way down.
This is just disturbing. The legal age in Japan is 20, and these girls certainly are not that old.

LOL. A lot of people have a problem with this PV. There are even loads of people that are disliking AKB48 because of it. AKB48 are popular enough to sing a stupid song and sell it. Not proud of them at all.
I hate when the media treats girls like sex toys. And the picture was quite disturbing. I had my sister and my 9 year old friend in the room. I don’t want them seeing this. O_O
