There are so many situations that go in the J-Pop or (mostly) K-Pop world that so little words cannot express how I feel. So I decided to open up a short corner so readers can view my full response to show of the current matters going on. And the first…
…is about a guy named Jaebeom.
It’s already been exactly one month since Jaebeom left Korea to go back to his hometown of Seattle, America. He has left many people not just in Korea, but around the world including myself especially, are all saddened by his deperature. Not only us, his 2PM brothers.
Was really calling Korean gay so harsh that netizens had to make a suicide petition that it left him so depressed to leave? The fact that whoever did it has no life and is definitely an anti, will one day be hunted down by fans. I also heard a horrible rumor that it was a SHINee fan who did it because SHINee weren’t getting much popular. What kind of crap is that?
I think a lot of us say, I hate my country! or My country is gay! at least once, don’t deny! I truthfully want to move out of London and to either live in South Korea (25%) or Japan (75%). But still, I would really like to ask a Korean person, Is that really so offensive to your country when probably other citizens say it to themselves? If you are a Korean person, please tell me, I would like to know.
Anyways, when the fans started silent protesting, it was fine. When it got to boycotting, it was a little too much. But they are getting way over their heads now. If they were fans, then they would understand that he needs more time to rest, think about what is going on and stay away from the stage. They are letting their emotions get to them and aren’t what I call, Hottest. Goes to show they only care about one person of the group.
And this is for the other 2PM members? No, this is more like forcing Jaebeom to come back. These so called “Hottest” fans are being selfish brats, is this what they really do in their free time? Do they not have a life?
I did support them when they were slient protesting because it was reponsible but now, they seem like other psycho fangirls except for they are acting like babies wanting their favourite toy back. I still don’t like the boycott.
And now their Dream Concert part won’t be aired, how pissed am I! Sometimes, I wonder if Hottest would do the same if someone like Nichkhun or Junho left the group.
How do 2PM members feel about all this? While fans are mindlessly protesting, saying it is for 2PM, they must miss him more than ever. Never having the person to cheer them up even if he was a bit strange at times. Sorry, there’s not much I want to say here. But if fans are supporting them, then why not agree with supporting 2PM as 6 for now?
Don’t get me started about Wild Bunny too! How dare they indefinitely postpone the final episode, not even behind-the-scenes. It’s not even funny because I was waiting for the next episode, I have to say, I am also disappointed that it didn’t even end at 10 episodes after they said they were supposed to do ten forbidden activities of idols.
I still want to know what are the producers doing because the Infinite Challenge with 2PM members, Taecyeon, Junho, Wooyoung, Junsu and OMG Jaebeom, is being aired, but what about Wild Bunny, huh?
However, I don’t think I put the blame on JYP, he is the person that brought Jaebeom for who he is today, there is no reason to just blame him after all he has done. I have to say, with all the fans against him, saying it is his fault, I am on his side – for now.
If he really didn’t want to say anything about Jaebeom leaving, he wouldn’t have posted up any statements and gone to his house (although it could be a sign that he is telling him he is still on contract and must come back to Korea, it could not have been terminated in less than 4 days). I have to say that, in my opinion, he is not a slave driver like Soo Man however we can’t really say both are because we don’t know them right?
In fact, he is actually quite smart in some of his decisions. Jaebeom leaving right now until things cool down is a good idea. However, I doubt it with every little news about 2PM keeps popping up.
I just hope he’s not playing hurtful mind games on us. But has anyone noticed; If Jaebeom was really coming back to Korea, why he hasn’t made a statement or left a comment on any of his internet to stop K-Hottest from boycotting? Do K-Hottest know something that they are hiding and confronting JYPE about it?
Sorry, this has turned into more a ramble than an analysis view. But what do you guys think? It can be as detailed as you want.
I say let Jaebum rest until he’s ready to return. KHottests need to step back and show support to the remaining 6 members. Enough of the boycott. Did it work? NOPE. So chill and just wait it out.
It isn’t the end of the world, just cuz Jaebum ain’t in 2PM. The 6 other boys needs to be fed, so let ‘em work.

Though I’m not really a big fan of 2PM, I sympathize with what you feel Nyny ^^ It’s really sad to accept that people will sometimes do or say bad things and that’s their opinion. I really despise rumors or gossips about our favorite groups flying around. Let them rest for a while. We all know that they had enough this year. Who knows, they might come back again next year? ^_^
